My Why

We all have a journey; some have a clear direction that leads them to a career they will retire from someday. For others, we take detours along the way for a variety of reasons. Human Resources, as a career, was a no brainer. I took the experience gained from working with fortune 500 companies, non-profit and launched my career as an HR Advisor and Job/Career search Mentor. Serving entrepreneurs by providing budget-conscious human services; that allows them to grow their business and profits so that they can have more impact.

I love working with individuals in career/job transition. Every time I step into a mentoring engagement, I’m honored to be part of the journey.  My Guinness zone is advocating for older adults wanting to stay or re-engage in the workforce on their terms; it’s sustainable for families and businesses. They want—and they deserve–RESPECT! In every engagement, I bring my sense of humor, business, and leadership experience.
